Growing Community Resilience
Growing Community Resilience will take place Wednesday, August 26th from 4-6PM CT. This event is an opportunity for community building through anti-racism and food justice work during the time of COVID-19.
We will continue setting the groundwork for ongoing discussions. WFAN moderators will be on the call and within breakout sessions to ensure an effective and respectful space rooted in inclusivity. We are all coming to the table with different experiences, expertise, skillsets, insights, and resources, and this will be a space for us to bring what we have to the table in order to continue identifying avenues of collective action. This event will involve identity-based break out sessions for focused readings and sharing, followed by a coming together to discuss how racial justice is essential in order to achieve food justice. Please complete these items before the meeting.
