Growing Community Resilience_February 23, 2022
Parenting and Farming in the time of COVID-Community Support
Please join us on Wednesday, February 23rd, from 5-6pm MST, for our next Growing Community Resilience Series online gathering
Why? Because we know that women and non-binary farmers and advocates are changing our food and farm systems, but we encounter discrimination and barriers in our work. And Black, Indigenous, and people of Color bear the burden of discrimination in our food and farm systems most acutely.
Together, we can change this.
We encourage all registrants to read through our community agreements for GCR sharing, found HERE>>
For information about our 2/23 panelists, please visit HERE>>

For our February 23rd meeting, please explore some or all of the following resources to use as launching points for dialogue during break-out rooms:
- What is Generational Trauma and How Can We Heal From It? by Natalie Boon
- Cultivating community resilience: working in solidarity in and beyond crisis by Angie Carter
- No So Serious
- Imposter Syndrome a Brene Brown podcast with Jodi-Ann Burey and Ruchika Tulshyan
We will send the Zoom access in the confirmation email after you register for this event. We will be sending reminder emails with the link closer to the date of the event. We encourage you to join with a computer so you can have access to full Zoom capabilities. We will be encouraging the use of video and audio during the breakout sessions. If you will be joining with a phone, please be sure to join the call at least 10 minutes early, so we can rename your Zoom profile according to your preferred breakout group. New to Zoom?
