Women Caring for the Land Learning Circle- Linn County

Would you like to learn more about how to assess the health of your soil? Maybe you are seeking advice on how to talk with your land operator about incorporating cover crops into your rotation? Do you have resources for women landowners that you'd like to share with others?
Join us for a Women Caring for the Land Learning Circle in the Indian Creek Watershed, and we will cover all of this and more! Women Caring for the Land “Learning Circles” are peer-to-peer meetings in which every women’s knowledge and expertise is of value. You are the expert on your own farmland — even if you don’t have all the answers yet!
When: Tuesday, April 18th, 9:00a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (registration begins at 8:30 a.m.)
Where: Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center (120 Boyson Rd, Hiawatha, IA 52233)- the Learning Circle will take place in the main center of Prairiewoods in the Conference Room.
A light lunch will be served; please indicate any dietary needs on the registration form.
